Hi, I’m Jessica!

I help therapists just like you: ones that have it within them to create private practices that will give them the freedom they crave, but just need the support to get there.

I help therapists to go through the steps, step by step, of creating private practices and while also getting credentialed with Hawaii-based insurance plans with minimal stress. I do this through my consultations and my video tutorials that take them through these steps so that they can gain confidence and kick that crippling stress and anxiety to the curb!

Many therapists pay companies hundreds if not thousands of dollars to get them credentialed with insurance companies. Many times, this leads to therapists still needing to do a lot of their own legwork to gather documents and track down the status of their insurance applications. Since they need to do a lot of their own legwork anyway – let me help you to do it yourself from the beginning and do it right.

Plus, my courses do a lot of the legwork for you by providing you with all of the insurance applications and contact information you will need to get started on your insurance credentialing journey. I know that your circumstances are unique, so I offer a warm, compassionate, and individualized approach based on your unique situation and goals.

My experience in setting up my private practice and credentialing myself with about 15 insurance plans means I have the expertise you need and deserve to create a profitable private practice in Hawaii (even with being about 95% insurance-based, I take about 6-7 weeks off per year, attend all of my children’s events, and still earn six figures per year to do what I love).

But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who “gets” what it means to be an insurance-based therapist in private practice in Hawaii.

I get it because I have devoted my career to not only working with clients, but also to helping countless therapists through their private practice journeys in Hawaii. Since I am still in private practice as well, I am able to stay up-to-date with insurance-related changes, including insurance reimbursement rates.
